The Board of Deacons' name comes from the Greek word “diakonos”, which means servant. Deacons provide leadership to the church’s ministry of serving the physical and spiritual needs of members and people beyond the church. Our Deacons assist our pastor with worship services and are leaders in helping members of the Congregation. Members of the Board of Deacons rotate their duities and responsibilities regulary and these are listed in the weekly bulletin as well as on the home page of the website.
