The Church Council consists of the Minister(s), Moderator, Clerk, Treasurer, Collector, Director of Christian Education, Director of Youth and Family Ministries, two (2) appointed representatives from each Board, three (3) Members-at-Large, and one (1) representative from each Standing Committee. Representatives to Council are elected in January. The Council is the governing body in matters that do not require a vote of the Church membership. Its responsibilities are the overall planning of the life and programs of the Church. It provides a means whereby particular interests and activities of each Board and Standing Committee can be brought to the attention of and coordinated with programs of other Boards and Standing Committees. 

Church Council meets on the first Monday @ 7:00 pm in the Upper Room.

Exception: September's meeting is the 2nd Monday due to Labor Day.

There is no meeting in December due to the Christmas Faire preparation, January due to the All Boards Meeting,
nor in July or August for summer break.
